Actually a really enjoyable experience! I love the pixel art and the music. Kinda hooked right now honestly. My high score was only around 30 though haha
hahah this is a fair point. We debated about it and decided to stick with deadly because we had so few enemies. It was more straightforward if the only thing you can touch is gold!

Round 1: died by pressing buttons too fast.
Rounds 2 and 3: walked into a wall on my first turn.
Round 4: Got like 6 floors in or something and walked backwards. Gold.

Nice game! One of the best on this jam I think.Though I could use highscore on gameover menu because i usually don't look at it until I die.
